Included for download, is a 90% plan set for team review and comment.   The plans include, grading/drainage, retaining wall profiles, storm drain plans, street plans, erosion control and earthwork.

 

We have calculations to complete for the debris basin as required by the City.  These calculations will be provided in the associated reports as part of the civil engineering submittal.  The reports are currently being written/compiled.
